Accessibility statement

1. Commitment

Naluri aims to make its editorial information usable by readers with different abilities, devices, languages, and connection speeds.

2. Structure

Pages use headings, landmarks, descriptive links, labels, and keyboard-accessible controls wherever practical.

3. Images

Editorial images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative repetition is avoided so screen-reader users receive useful context rather than noise.

4. Contrast

Colors are selected for readable contrast across light and dark sections. Readers may still encounter differences caused by display settings.

5. Motion

The interface avoids necessary animation and does not require motion for reading or navigation. The menu remains available without pointer gestures.

6. Forms

Contact fields have labels and browser validation. We do not request sensitive medical records through the form.

7. Assistive technology

Testing is ongoing across current browsers and common assistive technologies. No website can promise identical behavior in every combination.

8. Known limitations

Some external linked pages may not meet Naluri’s standards. Older archives may need structural improvements as they are reviewed.

9. Feedback

Report a barrier at Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya No. 15, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, 10510, Indonesia, or +62 813 7890 2468.

10. Review

This statement was reviewed on 5 October 2026. We log meaningful fixes and update the date after a substantial review.

This statement covers the current public templates, article pages, contact controls, menus, and downloadable or linked material that Naluri controls. Accessibility can also depend on operating-system settings, browser version, assistive technology, network conditions, and user preferences. We therefore treat feedback as useful evidence rather than assuming that one successful test represents every reader.

Keyboard users should be able to reach the main navigation, links, form controls, and disclosure controls in a logical order. Labels should remain understandable outside visual context, and headings should describe the subject that follows them. Where an image conveys information, its alternative text describes the relevant scene or purpose rather than adding decorative wording. Where an image is ornamental, it should not compete with the surrounding text.

Readers may request an alternative format or report a barrier by writing to Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya No. 15, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, 10510, Indonesia, or calling +62 813 7890 2468. We normally acknowledge accessibility feedback within seven business days and aim to explain the next step within 30 calendar days. A report is more useful when it includes the page address, device, browser, assistive technology, and a description of the blocked task, but no sensitive personal information is required.

Known issues are prioritised according to reader impact, frequency, security, and the complexity of a safe correction. External destinations remain outside Naluri’s direct control, although we may replace or annotate a link when a serious barrier is identified. This statement was reviewed on 5 October 2026, and material improvements will be recorded through a revised review date.

The statement covers public templates, articles, navigation, forms, contact controls, linked resources, and downloadable material that Naluri can directly maintain. Accessibility also depends on the browser, operating system, assistive technology, connection, zoom setting, and user preferences. We therefore use feedback and periodic checks together rather than treating a single test as proof that every reader has the same experience.

Headings, landmarks, link labels, form labels, focus order, colour contrast, and keyboard access are reviewed as part of ordinary maintenance. A reader should be able to understand the purpose of a control without relying only on colour, position, or a pointer device. Some third-party embeds may have different controls or limitations, and we will identify or replace a material barrier when it is brought to our attention. Content updates can also introduce a new issue, so later review remains necessary.

Images that convey information receive descriptive alternative text, while decorative images should not create unnecessary reading noise. Transcripts, captions, readable spacing, and clear language are used where the format makes them appropriate. A reader may request an alternative format, an explanation of a chart, or help completing a contact task. The request should not include passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

We normally acknowledge a report within seven business days and aim to explain the next step within 30 calendar days. Helpful details include the page address, device, browser, assistive technology, and blocked task, but no personal diagnosis is required. This statement was reviewed on 5 October 2026 and will be updated after a material change or documented improvement.
