Effective 5 October 2026
Terms of service
1. Reading the site
Naluri provides general editorial information about movement, exercise, recovery, and related topics. Reading an article does not create a professional, medical, coaching, or client relationship. You remain responsible for deciding whether information is suitable for your circumstances.
2. Health boundary
Content is not diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or a substitute for assessment. Stop activity and seek appropriate care for concerning symptoms. Medication, injury, pregnancy, chronic disease, and recent procedures can change safe exercise decisions.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, probe security controls, scrape personal correspondence, impersonate another person, or upload harmful material. We may restrict access where necessary to protect readers and the service.
4. Intellectual property
Text, design, selection, and original editorial material belong to Naluri or its licensors. You may read and share ordinary links with attribution. Reproducing substantial passages, selling copies, or presenting Naluri material as your own requires written permission.
5. Links
Articles may link to external services for context. Naluri does not control those services, their availability, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of every statement, product, or commercial relationship on the destination.
6. Accuracy
We aim for careful, current information but cannot guarantee that every statement remains complete or appropriate for every body. Research and public guidance change. Tell us about an apparent error so the editorial team can review it.
7. Contact messages
Messages should not contain confidential medical records, passwords, financial information, or material that you do not have the right to share. We may retain correspondence according to the privacy policy and use it to answer, improve, or protect the publication.
8. Availability
We may update, pause, or remove pages for maintenance, correction, safety, or editorial reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Naluri is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general information without appropriate professional assessment. This limitation does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including deliberate misconduct.
10. Law and contact
These terms are interpreted with regard to applicable Indonesian law. Questions may be sent to Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya No. 15, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, 10510, Indonesia, or +62 813 7890 2468.
11. Revision record
This version is dated 5 October 2026. Editorial or legal updates will carry a new date and explain the material change where practical.
These terms govern Naluri’s public pages, articles, navigation features, and messages from 5 October 2026. They do not create a subscription, employment arrangement, partnership, agency relationship, or promise that a particular article will remain available. If a specific page contains additional instructions, those instructions should be read together with these terms.
Readers should use their own judgement about intensity, equipment, weather, surfaces, supervision, and recovery. A general description may omit facts relevant to an individual, and a change in circumstances can make an earlier decision unsuitable. Information about exercise is presented for education and planning, not as an individual assessment. In an urgent situation, use local emergency services rather than waiting for a reply from Naluri.
Messages to Naluri are handled through ordinary business channels and should contain only information necessary for the enquiry. We normally acknowledge a correction or service complaint within seven business days and aim to respond within 30 calendar days. We may retain correspondence for up to 24 months for continuity, or longer where needed to resolve a dispute or comply with law. Requests concerning personal information are handled under the privacy policy.
External links, embedded materials, and quoted sources remain subject to their own terms. Availability can change without notice, and Naluri is not responsible for the content or security practices of an external destination. We may update, suspend, or reorganise public pages to maintain editorial quality, accessibility, or security. A revision dated 5 October 2026 records the current version of these terms.
These terms govern access to Naluri’s public articles, guides, contact features, links, and other editorial material from 5 October 2026. They apply whether a page is viewed on a phone, tablet, desktop computer, or assistive technology. They do not create an employment, agency, partnership, subscription, or professional advisory relationship. A page may include additional instructions, and those instructions should be read together with these terms rather than treated as a replacement for them.
Readers may quote a short passage with a clear attribution and link to the original page, but may not present Naluri material as their own or remove an important qualification. Automated scraping, interference with site security, impersonation, and submission of unlawful or abusive material are not permitted. Naluri may limit access to a feature where necessary to protect readers, investigate misuse, or maintain service stability. A restriction does not prevent a reader from contacting the publication about a legitimate correction or access need.
Exercise and lifestyle material is general education and may not reflect an individual’s history, environment, equipment, or current circumstances. Readers should make their own informed decisions and seek appropriately qualified local assistance when personal assessment is needed. External links and embedded services are outside Naluri’s direct control and may change their terms or privacy practices. A link is provided for context, not as an endorsement of every statement on the destination.
Contact messages are used for the stated enquiry and may be retained for up to 24 months for continuity, moderation, and dispute handling. We normally acknowledge a correction or service complaint within seven business days and aim to provide a considered response within 30 calendar days. Personal-information requests are handled under the privacy policy. Questions can be sent to Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya No. 15, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, 10510, Indonesia, or +62 813 7890 2468.
Naluri may revise, reorganise, suspend, or remove pages to address security, accuracy, accessibility, or operational needs. A material revision will show a new review date and will apply prospectively where appropriate. The current version was reviewed on 5 October 2026; older copies may remain relevant to conduct that occurred while they were displayed. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law.
